1. No stamp fee for 75% of the amount in Madhyanchal
2. This new Tronica city industrial area plot unit must hire at least 100 unskilled workers and offer an EPF reimbursement facility equal to 50% of the employer's share.
3. As long as the yearly cap is INR 50 lacs, the capital interest subsidy will be 5% per year for five years and will be paid back on loans used to buy plant and machinery.
4. An interest subsidy of 5% per year for five years on loans taken out for the development of Tronica city Ghaziabad Uttarpardesh for self-use, such as roads, sewers, water drainage, and the installation of power lines, transformers, and power feeders, up to a maximum of INR 1 Crore.
5. Interest subsidies of up to 5% per year for five-year loan repayments for industrial research, quality improvement, and product development. Up to INR 1 crore can be spent on purchasing plant, machinery, and equipment to set up tool rooms, testing labs, and quality certification labs.
6. Tronica City Loni Ghaziabad has been growing for ten years, and all new factories built in the state will not have to pay power duty.
7. All new factories that make energy from their power plants will not have to pay electricity duty for ten years.
8. For five years, all new food production units that buy raw materials will not have to pay the Mandi fee.
9. Tronica City administrative building can't get input tax credits under the GST system. They will get their VAT/CST/GST paid on things like plant and machinery, building materials, and other capital goods during the building and commissioning period, and they will get their money back. This includes raw materials and other inputs that they couldn't get input tax credits for.
10. Units that hire at least 200 direct workers, both skilled and untrained, will be given an extra 10% in EPF reimbursement on their employers' contributions.
11. Any help, such as refunds, subsidies, tax breaks, etc., will only cover up to 90% of the fixed capital investment made in the Madhyanchal area.

A. The rewards will work for new units and projects that are growing or changing in some way. To finish setting up the incentives, each mega category project (mega, mega plus, and super mega) will be examined separately.
B. Any help for significant investments, like tax breaks, money back, or other incentives, will only cover 200% of the fixed capital investment made in the Madhyanchal area.
